After your reservation has been confirmed, you will need to provide the following documents to the Manager in order for you to participate in the tour: Required Documents: Registration form, Emergency Contact Form, Liability Waiver

Step 2 – Provide Your Logo and Design Requirements

Please send us your brand logo file and specify:
* Logo position
* Logo size
* Logo colors
You may refer to our sample photos for design ideas.

Step 3 – Confirm Order Quantity

Please confirm your order quantity.
Our standard minimum order quantity is:
100 pieces per design

After confirming the sales order, please pay a 50% deposit.

A pre-production sample will be prepared for your approval.
Mass production will begin after sample confirmation.

Step 8 – Final Payment and Shipping

After production is completed, you will be notified to pay the remaining 50% balance.
Once payment is received, we will arrange:
* International air shipping or sea shipping
* Export documentation
A shipping agent will assist with customs clearance and inland delivery.

Step 9 – Delivery Inspection and After-sales Service

After receiving the goods, please inspect the products according to the approved sample.
After-sales service will be provided if needed.
