Step 2 – Provide Your Logo and Design Requirements
Please send us your brand logo file and specify:

* Logo size and colors

Step 3 – Confirm Order Quantity

Step 5 – Quotation and Cost Confirmation
After receiving your product details and delivery destination, We normally quote three items.
* Sample Cost
Sample production takes: 1 to 2 weeks.
We confirm details before making samples to avoid mistakes.
* Production Cost
Production cost depends mainly on quantity.
Higher quantities reduce cost per piece.
Typical order sizes include:
100 /300 /500 /1000 pieces and above
* Shipping Cost
Shipping cost depends on your destination.
We calculate shipping after you provide:
Country/ City/ Delivery method Air/ Sea
* We can also estimate import tax if needed.

Step 7 – Sample Approval and Production Time
Before production starts, samples must be approved.
Approval methods include Photos/ Videos/ Courier delivery
Production begins after approval.
Production time is usually 3 to 4 weeks.
Clear communication helps avoid delays.
Typical shipping times:
Air freight :7 to 10 days
Sea freight: 20 to 25 days
Sample delivery by courier: 2 to 3 days.
Step 8 – Final Payment and Shipping
After production is completed, you will be notified to pay the remaining 50% balance.
Once payment is received, we will arrange:
* International air shipping or sea shipping
* Export documentation
A shipping agent will assist with customs clearance and inland delivery.
Step 9 – Delivery Inspection and After-sales Service
Before shipping, products can be inspected by either video inspection, third-party inspection or customer visit. After delivery, customers compare products with approved samples. If any problems occur, we provide solutions. After-sales service will be provided if needed.
