The factories are privately owned, it cannot take any individual bookings directly. The group booking is the only way for the factory tours, but there is a maximum of 10 people per tour. Unfortunately, due to the fact that this is a working factory, children under the age of 12 are not allowed. Purchase your memebership 90 USD/annual fee online here to secure your spot.
Tours available time is by appointment only open to a group. Time is from Monday to Sat, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. A walking guided tour takes approximately 4 to 6 hours. There is no seating along the way, however, the route is wheelchair-friendly and wheelchairs can be reserved in advance. The tour includes visual displays such as film, written interpretation, audio as well as viewing the factory at work. Recommended age 12+. The factory tour closes during Chinese public holidays. Carers go free. Please notify us in the notes section if you are a carer/require a carer.

It is a half day tour, about 4 hours, which should take maximum 6h. We will meet you at your hotel/ accomodation and drive to the two factories. Over there you will have first a factory tour which takes around 1 hours. Then you will visit the factory shop. After this shop driver will take you to the second factory, the factory tour is one hour, then to the second factory shop. All tour is indoor so you do not depend on the weather. Once inside the factory, the guide will give visitors ample time to walk at their own pace, but the visitor cannot leave the group in the live production space of the factory. Please note that some areas of the factory are not suitable for those with special mobility needs. If this affects you, please ask our staff for more information. After the tour we will return to your hotel or any other place in the downtown area.
The ceramic factory is located at the industrial zone, about 5 kilometers away from the JDZ downtown. Our minivan will take the group visitors directly to the factory. You will visit the factory where local guide will show you whole process of manufacturing. After the factory tour you will be able to shop in the factory pottery shops. Factory tour include admission ticket, private tour guide service, hotel pick-up and drop off, Transport by air-conditioned minivan. Tour price dosn't include drinks, food or souvenirs.
Mobile or paper ticket accepted. Your voucher will be sent to your email after your booking is confirmed. Please check the usage instructions on your voucher for more info about how to use it. Any traveler groups not mentioned in the booking options are not applicable for voucher use.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice unfortunately cannot be refunded. No shows will also not be refunded. Partial cancellation of this booking is not permitted. On the rare occasion that the factory tour becomes unsafe to conduct, we reserve the right to cancel tours without notice. This includes and is not limited to: extreme temperatures during the summer season, strikes, unplanned maintenance or illness. The purchaser will receive a full refund in this instance.
