Step 6 – Deposit Payment

After quotation approval, we issue a Proforma Invoice.
Deposit is 50 percent.

Step 7 – Sample Approval and Production Time

Before production starts, samples must be approved.
Approval methods include Photos/ Videos/ Courier delivery
Production begins after approval.
Production time is usually 3 to 4 weeks.
Clear communication helps avoid delays.

Typical shipping times:
Air freight :7 to 10 days
Sea freight: 20 to 25 days
Sample delivery by courier: 2 to 3 days.

Step 8 – Final Payment and Shipping

After production is completed, you will be notified to pay the remaining 50% balance.
Once payment is received, we will arrange:
* International air shipping or sea shipping
* Export documentation
A shipping agent will assist with customs clearance and inland delivery.

Step 9 – Delivery Inspection and After-sales Service
